Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited has applied to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as PizzaExpress, 9 High Street, Skipton, BD23 1EE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are supply of Alcohol 11:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday; Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday; Films, Recorded Music and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Craven District Council, Granville Street, Skipton, BD23 1PS no later than 05 September 2012 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Craven District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.cravendc.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
