I AM an old age pensioner and I have just become a victim of fraud, losing £726.

I sought out an address on the internet for plumbers who would clear a blocked up toilet. They turned out to be very slick and they managed, by being confusing, to get my money.

I am writing as I wish to warn others to be very careful when getting addresses from the internet. Also do not give banking information over the phone.
