ADDISON Fred The family of the late Fred wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards and kind messages of sympathy received at this sad time. Thank you also to all who attended Fred's funeral service and for donations received for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance in his memory. Special thanks go to Dr Bundock at Dyneley House and The Coronary Care Ward at Airedale Hospital and also the staff at Neville House for their loving care. Further thanks go to Rev David Williams for the lovely service he took for Fred and finally to Howcrofts' for the funeral arrangements.
