BUTCHER Katherine Anne James, Emily, George and their family would like to thank everyone for their cards and kind messages of sympathy received during this difficult time and also for all the help and support they have received throughout Katherine's long illness. Thank you to all those who attended the service of thanksgiving for Katherine's life and for the very generous donations to Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Manorlands Hospice received in her memory. We would also like to thank Rev David Macha for his guidance and for conducting such a special service and to Howcrofts for their sensitivity & professionalism. We are especially grateful to the staff at Manorlands who showed such care and compassion during Katherine's short stay.
