BERTWISTLE Dorothy (formerly known as Jackson) The family of the late Dorothy Bertwistle would like to thank all relatives and friends for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers, generous donations to Yorkshire Air Ambulance and attendance at the funeral service during their sad bereavement. Special thanks to all the doctors at Cross Hills Group Practice, the lovely staff in the practice pharmacy, staff at Manorlands Hospice, her neighbour, carers and hairdresser. Grateful thanks to Canon Derek Walmsley for his kind words and prayers. Final thanks to David Lawson and staff at David Gallagher Funeral Directors for their dignified funeral arrangements.
