JOHNSON Steve Sharon, Kirsty and Angela would like to thank family, friends and colleagues for their tremendous support, cards, letters and flowers at this very sad time. Thanks to all those who were able to join us at the service, and to those who were unable to attend but extended their thoughts and memories to us. We are so grateful to Reverend David Macha for the lovely and thoughtful service, and everyone at HH Birch & Son (especially Desmond) for supporting us through this difficult time. Thanks to Chris and the team at The Fountaine Inn, Linton, for helping us to give Steve a great send-off! A special thanks to everyone at Grassington Medical Centre for their amazing care and kindness, and all the nursing staff who enabled Steve to stay at home. We are very grateful to the staff at Airedale (especially HODU) who treated Steve so that he could be with us for longer. Thank you for all the generous donations which have been shared between Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Manorlands.
