RILEY Jeanette (Nee Holdsworth) Born 15/1/34 Date of Death 13/3/23 Aged 89 years. Jeanette passed away peacefully at her home in Barnoldwick. She will be remembered dearly by her loving family and many friends. Jeanette was a much respected Primary School Teacher, who shared her enthusiasm for learning and fun with generations and thousands of children within Lancashire and Yorkshire. Many people remember 'Miss Holdsworth' with fondness, even today. Her passion for music and drama led her to perform in many Gilbert and Sullivan productions and plays at the Skipton Little Theatre. The Funeral Service and Burial will take place at St. Mary-le-Gill Church, Ghyll Lane, Barnoldswick on Wednesday 12th April 2023 at 1:30 pm. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on the day. Proceeds will go to Pendleside Hospice and St. Mary-le-Gill Church on Jeanette's behalf.
