INNS Sylvia Peacefully in Ghyll Royd Nursing Home on 23rd June, aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of the late John, much loved mum of Julia and Simon, dear mother-in-law of Howard. Funeral service will take place at Rawdon Crematorium on Thursday 11th July at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Sylvia may be made to Dementia UK, a box for which will be available at the service. The family have requested that everyone attending the funeral should wear bright clothes. My condolences to Julia & Simon, who are my cousins. We lost touch many years ago but you’ve all often been in my thoughts. I was always enamoured with your mum when I was young & I distinctly remember her holding my hands and singing to me. It would be lovely to get in touch, if possible. My sister Linda is on Facebook, under our maiden name
