EASTERBY Colin It is with sadness that the family of Colin Easterby announces his death on Wednesday 18th September 2024, aged 83. Colin or Big Col of The Pezants as many local people will remember him died peacefully at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough in the knowledge that he was loved by his partner, family, friends and all those who shared his life in music. Colin's funeral service will take place at the Kirkleatham Memorial Park & Crematorium, Fishponds Road, Yearby TS11 8HH on Thursday 24th October 2024 at 12 noon, followed by a gathering of his friends and family to share happy memories of him. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only, please. Donations welcome to Colin's chosen charity, which will be announced. The 5 friends shared a love for each other going back to their childhood.
