HERITAGE Opera will share its Passion for Christmas with an audience at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday.
It will perform a feast of festive favourites, including operatic arias, carols, and classic songs.
The concert will feature music by Handel, Johann Strauss II, Puccini, Mel Tormé, Cornelius, Massenet, Michael Head, Berlioz and Roger Quilter, and songs made famous by stars like Judy Garland, Nat King Cole, and Mario Lanza.
The songs will be sung by four professional opera singers – Sarah Helsby Hughes, Serenna Wagner, Nicholas Sales and Thomas Eaglen - accompanied by pianist Benjamin Cox.
