Ribblehead Viaduct
THE Friends of the Settle-Carlisle line have arranged a guided walk for Saturday.
The Christmas Pud Plod will leave Dent at 10.16am and will be an eight to ten-mile moderately strenuous walk from Dent to Ribblehead. The exact route will be dependent on weather conditions and the number in the group. Booking in advance is not required, but it is essential to bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink and to be correctly equipped for both.
