JACK Perry was the highest bidder for a beautiful furnished dolls' house at Martin House's charity shop in Sheep Street in Skipton. Mr Perry intends to give the house to his granddaughter Katie.
He picked up the house from the shop's manager Barbara Rogers, and volunteers Chris Wright and Claire Shaw.
Martin House is currently Yorkshire's only hospice caring exclusively for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses.
