POLICE are appealing for information after a cyclist was hit by a car which failed to stop.
The incident happened in Keighley Road, Skipton, at the junction with Cawder Road Bridge, at about 12.20pm on August 8.
North Yorkshire Police say a dark-coloured Vauxhall Zafira, travelling into Skipton, collided with the cyclist.
Witnesses to the incident, or anyone who saw the vehicle prior to the collision, are being sought.
Officers are also urging the Zafira driver, or anybody with information about the vehicle, to come forward.
The cyclist, a man in his 60s, received minor injuries.
