A PEDESTRIAN has died following an accident at Steeton this morning.
The 42-year-old man was taken to hospital after being struck by a DAF cement truck, in Skipton Road, shortly after 11am.
He later died from his injuries.
The lorry was travelling west along Skipton Road.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision – or who may have dash cam footage – to contact them via 101 or the website, at westyorkshire.police.uk/101LiveChat, quoting reference 13210133608.
