Lancashire Police appealing for witnesses
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a BMW collided with a tree on the A59 at Horton-in-Craven earlier today (Friday).
The road was closed following the collision which happened at around 6am and was open again by around 11am.
Lancashire Police has tweeted: "We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A59 at Horton. We were called at 6am today (Friday) following a report a red BMW had collided with a tree.
"Witnesses can contact us on 101 quoting log 0174 of January 13 or e-mail sciu@lancashire.police.uk."
