I TOTALLY agree that not cleaning up after your dog is disgusting (Spy camera plan to stop dog fouling, Craven Herald, February 16 and online).
However, if the council has the time and money to send someone to walk round spraying piles of poo to stop people from stepping in it why don’t they just pick the bloody stuff up?
It would save on the cost of red spray paint and what about colour blind people who see red as green, they might think it’s just grass with unpleasant consequences.
