GARGRAVE fashion boutique, Number 29, owned by Cathryn Turner has received a special endorsement from Dragon and retail entrepreneur, Theo Paphitis after receiving a Small Business Sunday (#SBS) certificate.

Cathryn won the #SBS competition by tweeting about her business model that promotes a circular economy and reduces landfill.

The #SBS competition is a small business network and Twitter competition in the UK launched by Theo Paphitis with over 3,500 active members. Each week, six small businesses are chosen as winners by the entrepreneur and are welcomed into the #SBS community.

Number 29 was one of the weekly winners to gain a retweet to Theo’s almost 500,000 followers, and was also profiled on the #SBS website.

The winning tweet from @number29online read: ‘Number 29 is a clothing agency, selling quality clothing on behalf of customers in a Yorkshire boutique and online. Reducing landfill, promoting sustainable fashion and contributing to a circular economy. Look Good Feel Good Do Good #SBS’ Cathryn said it was a great honour to be recognised by Mr Paphitis and to be part of the #SBS community.

She said: "Winning this competition has given our business a real boost and we hope it will help us to promote sustainable fashion and a circular economy."
