AN application for a certificate of lawful development for a proposed conversion of existing garage at Laskill Barn, Back Lane, Low Bentham to a home office and snug has been submitted to North Yorkshire Council. Plans include the addition of one new roof light, the removal of garage door to be replaced with patio doors and windows, and the addition of a new shed.
