HELLIFIELD is gearing up for its popular two-day beer festival, due to take place on Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24.
The 9th festival, which will be held in the village institute, will give festival goers the chance to sample 30 beers and 16 ciders, while raising money for local community groups and good causes.
There will also be food, including hot dogs, burgers and chips, provided by Hellifield Sports FC.
The festival will be open from midday to 11pm on both Friday and Saturday. Entrance £6.50, including a programme, commemorative glass, and the first two drink tokens. Additional drinks are then bought via a token system. Those who hold onto their glasses can come and go as they wish over the two days with no additional fee.
