AN open meeting is to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Skipton, on Wednesday (November 22) for people to learn about proposals for a new heating system and improved access at the church.
Rector of Holy Trinity, the Rev Canon Dr James Theodosius, said: " After the old heating system failed last year, the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of Holy Trinity are pleased to share the architect’s proposals for the new carbon neutral heating system and improved accessibility to the church and café.
"A period of public consultation of 28 days will take place during which we will be holding an open meeting on Wednesday at 7pm in order to give a detailed explanation of the proposals to all who are interested."
Those who are unable to make the 7pm meeting, but who would like to know more, can view the plans and specifications in a folder placed at the back of the church.
