THE lads at Grassington Fire Station are growing their 'tashes in November as part of the Movember campaign - a national annual event which raises awareness of men's health issues.
And, some moustaches are growing quicker than others with the team so far raising £105 of its £250 target; the team raised £520 during last year's Movember and a grand total of £755 since 2019.
Grassington Fire Station also marked International Men's Day (Sunday, November 19).
A spokesperson said: "(It is) a day that highlights positive male role models and raises awareness of men's wellbeing wordwide. This years theme is zero suicides in men and boys, which ties in nicely with the Movember fundraiser we’re currently partaking in at Grassington.
Though the 'tashes are a bit of fun we hope it highlights the important mission the charity undertakes by encouraging men to talk about their physical and mental health."
