THE owner of a smallholding on Keighley Road, Low Bradley, has applied to put up a storage building at the site.
The proposed steel-framed building at Rockroyd Farm will be used for the storage of agricultural machinery and associated equipment.
In the application to North Yorkshire Council, it is stated that the farm operates as a small holding with 'numerous outbuildings comprising storage, stabling, and chicken coops'.
There is also a 'large paddock for horse exercise' with a 'yard area servicing the farm buildings and visitors for livery'.
Other applications received by the council include: Demolition of an existing conservatory and construction of a single-storey side extension at Foxcote Cottage, Lane House Road, Cowling; Prior notification for agricultural storage building at Owlet Hall, Austwick.
