IT'S panto time coming up at The Mart Theatre in Skipton with the all time favourite, A Christmas Carol.
Based on the classic story by Charles Dickens and 'butchered' by Bad Wolf Theatre Company, the panto will be performed on Friday, December 22 and on Saturday, December 23 - a perfect start to Christmas week.
A spokesperson for the Mart Theatre said: "Locked away in the castle dungeon the evil ex-queen is reeling from her defeat at the hands of Snow White in the epic 2022 Mart Theatre pantomime.
"But she has a plan to get herself back on the throne, destroy all her enemies and put Skipton under her wicked grasp once more.
"Guided by three villains of Skipton’s past, present and future, this evil witch will stop at nothing to cancel Christmas forever.
But being forced to confront her past and to see her future self will have consequences that even she can't comprehend."
Will the queen realise the error of her ways? and will she discover the meaning of Christmas? Find out on Friday, December 22 at 7.30pm; or on December 23 at 1pm or 5pm. Tickets, £8.50 for adults, £6.50 for children; £25 for a family of four.
