CHILDREN got the perfect start to Christmas when they were invited to meet Santa at Bristol Street Motors in Cross Hills.
The Vauxhall dealership has put a lot of effort into Christmas this year, including a post box where children could post letters to Santa, and even arranged for the man himself to turn up.
A spokesperson for Bristol Street Motors said: "This Christmas we wanted to do something more personable with our local community and invited Little Blossoms and Glusburn School to visit and post their letters to Santa in our Christmas post box displayed with our tree in the showroom.
"We arranged a special visit from Santa - our driver Bob - and individually wrapped a gift for each child, they were all happy eating chocolate coins whilst posting their letters. We emailed replies and the nursery printed them off for the children to take home.
"The feedback has been so wonderful, the children told their families all about their day who in turn have relayed messages back to nursery."
