MILTON House Nursing Home in Gargrave has applied to build a flat-roofed storage building on an existing concrete base at the business in Marton Road.
Other applications recently validated by North Yorkshire Council include: Detached garage and extension to residential curtilage at Low Barn, High Bradley Lane, Low Bradley; application for a certificate of lawful development for the existing conservatory at 8 Crag View, Cononley, to be demolished and formation of new porch in line with conservatory.
Minor alterations and repair to former barn on south western gable of Wenning Hipping at Wenning Hipping, Keasden Road, Keasden, Clapham; extension of residential curtilage at Longber Barn, Longber Lane, Burton-in-Lonsdale; prior approval notification for a steel portal frame construction barn for hay and agricultural machinery storage to replace existing building at Hazel Nook, Westhouse, Ingleton.
