IT may not have been the best of days, but there was plenty of support for Settle's recent first artisan market held in the bustling marketplace.
Despite a cold wind and overcast sky, the turn out was good and there was something for everybody. Stalls ranged from international foods to Yorkshire puddings, to jewellery, woven wickerwork to dog treats and children’s party outfits to handcrafted cards. There was also a birds of prey display. The market will be held on the second Sunday of the month.
The organisers were very pleased with how the event went and are welcoming any feedback, Send your comments and ideas about what was right, or wrong, to Richard by email at: info@rshartisanmarket.co.uk
