A SATURDAY bus service between Skipton and Harrogate has been suspended following the start of another set of roadworks.
The DalesBus 59, which goes from Skipton to Bolton Bridge and Harrogate, had been following a diversion following the closure of the A59 at Kex Gill at the start of February. It has now been suspended following the start of additional roadworks this week near Burley-in-Wharfedale on the diversionary route.
A spokesperson for DalesBus said: "The usual route and timetable will resume when the A59 reopens. The latest updates will be available online at www.dalesbus.org/59.
"DalesBus 873 will however continue to provide the usual Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday service between Skipton and Bolton Abbey – full details are at www.dalesbus.org/cravenlink. This bus leaves Skipton Bus Station every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday at 10.30am, 12.10pm and at 3.30pm."
