James Boggs, who competes under the name Ernest Boggs, is a professional wrestler from Settle and he is set to feature on a unique card in Blackpool at the prestigious Rascals Professional Wrestling Academy on Sunday 28 April.
It's the first ever 'Pros Show' hosted by the Lancashire Academy and Boggs will be one of the headliners, as he takes on Black belt judo champion and world professional wrestling champion, Rossy Rascal.
The match has created a lot of discussion and hype across multiple wrestling communities, with Boggs seen as the up and coming talent, while Rascal as viewed as the experienced and champion wrestler in this contest.
Speaking to the Craven and Herald about his journey into the sport, Boggs said: "I have been wrestling for two years now and it's been a great journey so far.
"I've wrestled all over the north of England and in that time I've been able to share locker rooms with a number of former WWE talents, while I'm also trained by a world travelled wrestler, CJ Banks."
He added: "The first ever Pros Show at Rascals Professional Wrestling Academy is an event I'm incredibly excited for as I get to face the man who helped me discover the world of professional wrestling.
"It should be a great night and I can't wait to put on a show."
