CRAVEN Lawn Tennis Club in Gargrave will be holding an open day in June for anyone interested in playing tennis, croquet or pickleball.
Entry will be free and people of all ages and ability are welcome to go along and give the sports a go. The club has four grass courts and three all-weather courts, which are floodlit in the winter, to allow play to continue into the evenings. Weather permitting, all courts will be available on the open day.
A club spokesperson said: "We are a very friendly, welcoming family club offering both social and league tennis plus coaching from our two Lawn Tennis Association coaches. There is no need to book places to attend on the day, please just come along to play or just to visit."
The open day at the club, behind Smithy Croft Road, on Sunday, June 2 will take place from 11am to 3pm.
