A VISITOR to Ingleton Water Falls on Saturday was taken to hospital after she fell and injured her ankle.
Cave Rescue Organisation was called out at just before 5pm after the 43 year old slipped below Beezley Falls, on the return leg of the popular trails walk.
A spokesperson for CRO said: "Team members splinted the ankle then carried and wheeled the patient, by stretcher, to a Yorkshire Ambulance Service road ambulance at Falls Park caravan site.
"The other members of her family were driven back to their car, on the trail car park, so they could follow the ambulance to hospital."
The incident was the 29th to be attended by the Clapham-based CRO so far this year.
