HOME help company Dales Community Care has relocated from Grassington to Skipton.
Now at Birkbeck in Water Street, Dales Community Care employs more than 30 people and plans to take on ten more as it looks to expand its services to provide more flexible care and support solutions to allow people to stay in their own homes longer.
Established in 2012, the company offers care at home solutions to a wide range of people across the area, with many of its team with it from the start.
In addition to its move to Skipton, the company has launched a “rapid response” service, aimed at supporting the quicker discharge of people from hospital and be able to provide care in a more flexible way. The launch also coincides with the addition of a fleet of cars that will be used across the area.
Robin Sidebottom, CEO, said: "Dales Community Care is a long established business that has built up a great reputation across the area, and there is a high demand for our services. Moving to Skipton means we are able to focus on our recruitment activities and provide a location for the team to pop in whenever they need, and this also gives us a great base to launch our rapid service to meet with the demands that we see on a daily basis."
