PEOPLE are invited to join in with a communal jigsaw at a Jigsaw Festival taking place in July at St Mary's Church, Ingleton at the same time as the village's popular 1940s weekend.
There will also be new and pre-owned jigsaws on sale at the church on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6, as well as refreshments.
Ingleton 1940s weekend will take place from Friday, July 5 to Sunday, July 7. The free event of nostalgic entertainment gives people the opportunity to enjoy the music and fashions of the era, learn the history of World War Two and take part in the event's act of remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Ingleton 1940s Weekend is a non profit event organised by a small team of dedicated volunteers.
