PLANS to replace an existing single storey extension at 27, Quernmore Drive in Kelbrook have been submitted to Pendle Council.

The application includes the demolition of the side extension, garage, shed and greenhouse, and then the erection of a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, new detached garage/office, and also the formation of parking and turning areas.
