SETTLE Orchestra with soloist Will Padfield, a London based French horn player, performed Concerto No 1 by Richard Strauss at Settle Parish Church.
The orchestra uses the church as its Settle venue for its concerts, and on Saturday, June 29, will be performing the summer concert at Christ Church, Skipton.
Will gained his Bachelor' s degree at the Royal Northern College of Music and Manchester University followed by a Master' s degree at the Royal College of Music. Alongside his orchestral work, Will is in demand as an actor/musician having appeared in TV shows such as 'The Crown and 'Bridgerton'.
Conductor Maca Barbosa will be making her last appearance with the orchestra on Saturday before returning to her studies at the RNC.
