PLANS to provide wheelchair access at Bradley Methodist Church, Skipton Road, in Low Bradley, have been lodged with North Yorkshire Council.
The church has applied for permission to fit a new external staircase, parking space and ramped access to a new internal platform lift to provide wheelchair access to the place of worship.
Other applications recently validated by the council are: Removal of all trees on site including sycamore, ash, elder and conifers at 42 Main Street, Farnhill; Proposed extension to the rear. Building on a second storey to the existing single storey extension footprint at 4 North Street, Sutton-in-Craven; Proposed extension and renovation of existing detached bungalow to include new first floor within raised roof / dormer windows and replacement detached double garage at Hazel Mount, Bent Lane, Sutton-in-Craven.
Also: Proposed front and rear dormer to existing dwelling at 4 Meadow Lea, Sutton-in-Craven; fell one large sycamore and one cherry tree at High Jackfield Farm, Jack Field Lane, Sutton-in-Craven; prior approval notification for a proposed agricultural building at Priestholme, New Brighton, Gargrave; demolition of existing workshop building and construction of new detached dwelling at The Old Workshop, The Moorings, Chapel Hill, Skipton; remove one horse chestnut tree at Alexanders Restaurant 4 - 6 High Street, Skipton.
