Documents with the application state the principle of a holiday cottage at the site has already been established.
It states: "The principal change proposed by this application is to put the daytime living accommodation upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs, this has resulted in an increase from three to four bedrooms, a modest increase in height and changes to the fenestration. The provision of the daytime living accommodation at first floor means that the guests staying at the cottage will be able to enjoy the attractive distant views over the surrounding countryside."
Other applications lodged for the West Craven area of Pendle include: Outline application: Demolition of existing two industrial units and erection of three units - access, layout and scale only at Sough Bridge Mill, Colne Road, Kelbrook.
