CRAVEN restaurants are amongst the finalists in the 13th English Curry Awards.
Winners of the awards, which celebrate Asian talent across the English Curry industry, will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony on August 19 in Birmingham. Those rewarded will include chefs, restaurants, managers, takeaways, teams and curry schools.
Craven finalists are: Indian restaurant of the year (North West) - Barlick Raj Balti, Barnoldswick; Musafir Earby, Earby. (Yorkshire and the Humber) - Mastabs, Skipton; Ruchee, Settle.
Curry restaurant of the year (Yorkshire and the Humber) - Craven Kitchen, Skipton. Dining experience of the year (Yorkshire and the Humber) - Ruchee, Settle. Editor's choice restaurant of the year - Barlick Raj Balti, Barnoldwick.
A spokesperson for The English Curry Awards 2024, organised by Oceanic Consulting, said: “The curry campaign has been hugely successful across the UK with Scottish, English, London and National editions to the awards. The 2024 English Curry Awards will be a brilliant night of fun, curry food and celebration.
“In a country with so many food establishments and businesses, it can be hard to stand out. However, the 2024 finalists have all been distinguished as the real masters in their field due to their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction."
