A POPULAR tourist attraction is set to play host to a circus during the Bank Holiday Weekend towards the end of this month.
The National Festival Circus comes to Bolton Abbey Station, near Skipton, promising a spectacle of fun and laugher for the whole family.
From August 24 through to August 26, one-hour performances will take place daily at 1pm, 2.30pm, and 4pm.
Clowns, contortionists, and hilarious costumes are all part of the fun laid on by the National Festival Circus, whose troupe members have travelled far and wide across continents and over oceans to entertain.
The rainproof performances take place under a traditional Big Top.
Each performance will be followed by a return train trip from Bolton Abbey Station to Embsay Station.
Attendees will be able to purchase drinks and snacks from the café prior to entering the Big Top.
