CRAVEN'S heather moors are starting to look their purple best - presenting yet another reason to get out into the countryside.
Here we have a picture of heather and agill fields at Barden Fell separated from a moorside wall from ling bloom.
And, in West Craven, the purple moor on the way to Weets Hill with magnificent Pendle Hill in the background.
