POLICE are appealing for help in their efforts to trace a man who allegedly racially abused a bus driver in Skipton.
The driver was allegedly subjected to an offensive comment at around 2.40pm yesterday (Sunday) on the number 66 Keighley to Skipton bus at Skipton Bus Station.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "A man with a dog, who was accompanied by a woman, got on the bus and sat down at the rear. The driver asked him to leave and the man made an offensive comment to the driver. The suspect was wearing a black jacket and blue trousers."
