POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in Settle which resulted in the rider of a quad-bike being taken to hospital.
Just the quad was involved in the collision which happened yesterday (Monday, September 9) at 7pm on Langcliffe Road.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "The collision which involved one vehicle, a quad-bike. As a result of this the quadbike’s rider was taken to hospital for treatment.
"We’re appealing for anyone who saw either the collision, or the quad-bike prior this, or may have any relevant dashcam footage, to email PC Dave Ellison on dave.ellison@northyorkshire.police.uk "Alternatively, you can call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option two and ask for PC Dave Ellison."
