AN online talk aimed at tackling challenges to get people to enjoy national parks will be held later this month.
Yorkshire Dales environmental campaigning charity Friends of the Dales re-starts its popular and free monthly online autumn and winter talk programme with one from Trustee and Churchill Fellow Mohammed Dhalech on October 23 at 5pm.
In this talk, Mohammed will lay out the challenges which must be tackled in order for people to enjoy national parks.
Starting his own journey with national parks in the 1980s first as a youth worker, visitor and most latterly as a volunteer, Mohammed now campaigns to widen engagement from ethically diverse communities to become visitors or employees within the sector.
