POLICE have issued an appeal to find a missing Cross Hills man who was last seen near the Bolton Bridge area of Skipton.
A spokesperson for the North Yorkshire Police said: "Have you seen David Goddard missing in the Bolton Bridge area near Skipton?
"David Goddard, 73, from Cross Hills, was last seen at around 12.40pm on Thursday, October 10, near Bolton Bridge between Skipton and Blubberhouses.
"Extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate David and as part of our enquiries, we are asking for anyone who may have seen him, or who has information about his whereabouts, to contact us immediately.
"He is described as being white, around 5ft 5in tall, of slight build with short grey hair.
"He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket with orange piping.
"If you have seen David or have any information that could assist us, please call us on 101 and pass information to the Force Control Room.
"If you have an immediate sighting of him, please call 999.
"Please quote reference number NYP-10102024-0176 when providing any information."
