A LETTINGS and property management company has opened its doors in Cross Hills.
Macaulay & Co, situated in the former premises of Skipton Building Society at 28 Main Street, celebrated the opening with a launch party on Saturday, October 19.
The company, which serves the Craven and Aire Valley areas and whose three core values are 'honesty,' 'integrity,' and 'trust,' is spearheaded by family team Joanne and Macaulay Thompson.
Ms Thompson has a background in financial services, while Mr Thompson has worked in the property industry since starting as an apprentice with a regional firm in 2012.
He has held various roles, including working for Dacre, Son & Hartley and as a branch manager for a larger agency.
A representative for the company said: "Macaulay & Co is a family-run business specialising in residential and commercial lettings, block management, and estate management.
"We take pride in delivering a service that is friendly, personal, and, above all, genuinely caring.
"Our mission is to revive the personal touch in property management, offering landlords and tenants a hands-on, honest, and proactive experience - something we feel has been missing in the area with the growth of larger, corporate, and chain agencies."
One customer said of their experience with Macaulay & Co: "I recently had a new tenant move into my property, arranged by Macaulay & Co, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
"The entire process was handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
"They kept me informed at every step, and the tenant moved in quickly.
"I appreciate the friendly but professional approach.
"Highly recommended!"
Free rental valuation is also offered by the agency.
Macaulay & Co is registered with PropertyMark, one of the UK's leading professional bodies for estate agents.
