THERE will be community fireworks and a bonfire in Cowling on Saturday, November 9.
Families are promised a grand night out at the village recreation ground with a display from Optimum Fireworks, a funfair and DJ, from 5pm.
Organised by Cllr Owen Lewis, and Ben Howe of the Cowling Recreation Management Committee, proceeds will go to the continuing improvement work at the recreation ground.
A spokesperson for the organisers said: "After The successful Cowling community festival, we wanted to do more events in the recreation ground to show of our new park and pump track that’s being built by own volunteers. We just want to give something back to the village."
Tickets are available online at £3 and under 5s go free.
