IS Modality - a supposed medical service on behalf of of the NHS - a fit for service to the people of Skipton and surrounding areas?
I received a message from them inviting me to attend an examination now long overdue. This turned put to be some kind of a pantomime except it wasn't funny at all. The hard pressed receptionist didn't have any record of my appointment!
I left after it was clear there had been an error somewhere in their organisation? I understand it is part of an American company?
I learn, via the Craven Herald, that they can't be bothered to meet with our local elected councillors (Patients at GP practices 'let down by online booking system', March 8).
Let's not give the office staff too much hassle - after all it's their employers that are to blame.
