I AM not normally a person to complain but on this occasion I feel justified. On Monday, February 19 I filled in the online booking form of Modality Fisher Medical Centre which took ages.
I received an email acknowledgement of receipt and later a text message to my landline from a voice that said I would be offered an appointment within two to four weeks.
As I type this it is now March 25 and have heard nothing more or received an appointment. I have no complaints about the doctors; when I have been able to see one they have been excellent but I must agree with your letters page the system is not fit for purpose.
