WITH regards to Councillor Andy Brown's letter about average speed cameras. (We need cameras, Craven Herald letters, November 21).
I have brought this subject up more than once. But again will reiterate. Proactive and reactive.
Why spend tens of thousands on effective speed cameras with no financial return, when you can have the sneaky speed camera vans tucked away and reap tens of thousands of revenue.
