IN A division with seven Yorkshire clubs, the derbies come thick and fast for Wharfedale in National League Two North next season.

And with Harrogate winning Regional One North East in 2023-24 but Huddersfield being relegated from National League Two North, the Greens have the same number of local clashes next season (12) as they had in 2023-24.

Wharfedale start their campaign with one of them - at home to Sheffield Tigers on Saturday, September 7 - then they have a derby at Harrogate the following weekend and visit Otley on September 28.

In a White Rose-packed beginning to the campaign, the Greens are at home to Hull on October 5, visit Leeds Tykes on October 12 and host Hull Ionians a fortnight later.

Then comes a trip to Abbeydale to play Sheffield on November 9 before a pre-Christmas derby at home to Harrogate on December 21.

The return fixture against Otley is on January 18 at The Avenue, and that is followed by a trip to Hull the weekend after, with the home match against Leeds Tykes coming on February 8.

Another journey along the M62 is scheduled for March 1 at Hull Ionians before Sheffield arrive at Grassington the Saturday after, with Wharfedale finishing their campaign at Chester on April 5.
