BARNOLDSWICK Town’s poor league form continued as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at West Didsbury and Chorlton on Saturday.
After a cagey and tactical first half, the contest really clicked into gear after the break with all three goals coming in that period.
Jordan Lazenbury put the hosts ahead in the 49th minute from the penalty spot, clinically dispatching his effort from 12-yards.
Leon Creech levelled for the visitors with a looping header, which outfoxed Martin in the home side’s goal.
But three minutes later (71) the hosts took the lead once again through Cameron Darkwah, and they held on for a 2-1 victory.
